28 Sep, Kathmandu: The Supreme Court will remain open from 11 am to 3 pm even during the Dashain holidays.
Supreme Court spokesperson Bimal Paudel informed that on the occasion of the Dashain festival, the court will be open to hearing the writs of arrest from the day of Ghatasthapana to the day of Kojagrat Poornima.
A hearing will be held on a writ petition for the arrest of prisoners on days other than Ghatasthapana, Saturday, and Vijaya Dashami.
